Method 1:
1. Weave the Squadron webbing through the Cobra buckle ensuring you are going from the backside then around the split bar and back through the buckle.
2. Wearing your preferred clothing and inner belt, wrap the belt around your waist and slide the core through the sleeve on the inner side of the left side of the belt.
3. Take note of where the female end of the Cobra buckle indexes with the slot on the core.
4. Weave the webbing through one slot farther away.
5. Pull the webbing all the way and secure it to the Velcro on the inner side of the belt.
6. Initial sizing is now complete.
Method 2:
*Do not weave the webbing through the Cobra Buckle*
1. Wearing your preferred clothing and inner belt, wrap the belt around your waist and slide the core through the sleeve on the left inner side of the belt.
3. Take note of where the female end of the Cobra buckle indexes with the slot on the core.
4. Slide the webbing through TWO slots farther away then back through the next slot (THREE slots in total).
5. Now weave the webbing through the Cobra buckle ensuring you are going from the backside then around the split bar and back through the buckle.
6. Slide the webbing through the first indexed slot on the core and secure it on the Velcro.
7. You'll notice that your buckle no longer slides back and forth.
*If you find the belt a bit too tight, you can simply loosen the webbing and slide the buckle without having to change slots on the core.
